ooo and clean the garage so that once I fix the door I can actually park in there....

I have to replace my garage door to0, springs keep breaking cuz its solid 1200lbs sarcasm door! But it is really heavy and keeps breaking springs. So I am gonna get a new one. I have to do our back yard, pervious owner put down gravel and the lady wants grass and build a fence. But I wanna hire a pro to that so it will actually resemble a fence! hehe Oh and tie wrap the satillite cable to the house as I just threw it over the side of the house and now all the slack is sitting all over the ground in a pile.

but thats okay when I win the HSC lottery house I wont need to move much more then cloths and toys since the new house is fully stocked with furniture

oo and I guess I need to bring the wife and kids too.

I'll take you on for the packing thing.

Having moved 40 times in my life...(and that's just me...doesn't include friends & family)...I have plenty of experience.

Quick story, a buddy (one of those "best" friends mentioned earlier) was moving with his fiance from an apartment to a townhouse they bought.
2-bedroom...he rented a 21' U-haul truck.
I got there a bit late...and the truck was 1/2 full (not really, but it was loaded 1/2 way)

I walked in and found my buddy...he says "yeah...I think we can make this in 5 trips".

I started laughing...walked around for a few minutes...told him I was taking two of his "helpers" (he had about 8 people helping him) and went out to the truck...and unloaded it on the sidewalk.

We started reloading it when he came out and asked what I was doing? I told him "If this move takes more than 1 trip with this truck and a couple of bags a clothes in your car...then I'm buying the pizza".

We had almost 6' left on the back of the truck when I got done...with nothing in anyone's car.

5 trips indeed. lol!

So...let's trade some services Smile)

Looks like we have the same type of work to get done.

Of course...most of my problems have stemmed from having the money to actually buy the materials. But sometimes it just takes more than 1 person to hold a sheet of plywood Wink.

Although, I did build a nice deck and a decent patio over the past few years. Very Happy.

Ok...the day has come.

Actually...not a lot of HARD work...just some heavy lifting.

Saturday at 2pm I need to move my 10x10 vinyl shed from where it sits now...about 15' and turn it so it sits in a new location.

I need a couple more people to help with the lift and turn, and to help move the deck that it sits on to the new spot as well.

If anyone is available for 2pm Saturday and can come out and help...I really appreciate it. I'll have a cooler of beer & pop & water available for all that come...and will have a BBQ running with burgers & dogs. (I'm afraid that's all the payment I can offer for this one...feeding 6-10 people kind of drains the wallet)

PLEASE let me know if you'll be there, as I'm trying to count the number of people to determine how to plan the work.

Once I get the shed moved...I still have to finish building a fence...and put the pool up...once that's all done...I'm hoping to have another get together on a nice hot day so the pool can be used (NO DIVING).

plenty of bike parking...street parking is first-come first serve...or you might be able to squeeze in on the back lane.

For anyone coming...if you park out front, you'll have to come around back...probably won't hear you knocking...there will be a gate open on the south side of the house (neighbours gate)...come through that way and down along the fence to the back.

Already asked the neighbour...they said no problem.
