No doubt about that. But I certainly dont want to know just so that we can pay this family's lawyers more money when then dont even need legal representation in the first place.

I hear ya.

I agree. The Commission's lawyers should make sure there's no white-wash in the matter, so apart form this, there's no need.

I wonder if the family think this is going to be like a trial or something....

Not to mention that by filing these types of rulings, who is paying the lawyer for this? Does the legal fees for this latest come out of what the province is providing for them or is the family paying for this? Talk about a waste of money.

So who will be prosecuting this so-called family for neglecting the poor guy over many years?

I was just thinking that. If the family cared so much about Brian, he probably wouldn't have been in the situation he was in.

Ironic ain't it? Here they are all concerned so much about his well-being AFTER he died. Had they looked after him whilst alive maybe he's not sitting alone in the ER?

WELLLLL... as much as I would like to agree with that arguement, its not like they could have forced him to live with them. He lived the life he wanted to.

I dont understand how this "inquiry" could take more then one day.

lol....there wasn't enough incentive, as there is now, to care for, or be involved with him. $$$

Of course. Damn me for not grasping the painfully obvious.

Maybe he chose to ignore them or at least not be close to them sorta like many Vets who lived on the street after the war. Just a thought for you experts to consider .
