I've been wanting to try "Ghost Chili" since I first heard about it.

I've tried habenero peppers in a chili in Louisiana. I was told then that it was the hottest chili I could have. (apparently they meant in North America).

To give a bit of comparison...current "pepper spray" is made using pure extract (or a similar chemical) and runs at about 2-3M Scolville units.

Taking the pure extract from the Indian Chili pepper though, should run it closer to 10M

The Source

The Source Hot Sauce Extract. This is the hottest extract on earth. You must treat this product with respect. Only use as a food additive! This is a must for every chili head's shelf. The Source is 7.1 million Scoville Units. The source comes in a 1 oz. bottle but you could add heat to 100 pots of chili! 1 oz.
