The comment about "address the morons, and not the majority" was right-on.

Stop punishing everyone because there are a few stupid people out there.

Take those idiots and deal with THEM.

It doesn't matter what type of stupid rules they make...there will ALWAYS be idiots in the stands...all these new rules do is piss off otherwise decent fans, reduce the likelihood of "casual" game attendees, and make the impression that going to a game is a danger to your life.

They should do what many of the US NFL teams (I know Philly did it) to address similar problems. Setup a jail (holding area) and courthouse right in the stadium (usually in the area under the stadium). Anyone who is unruly or causing problems gets taken to "jail" by police officers and held there till AFTER the game. THEN a judge comes and holds court and issues fines or confinement for each of the offenders.

It's a real court, real cops, real judge, and real jail-time if the offense is serious enough.

The problems they were having almost have vanished. Tailgating still happens, people still get drunk at games, and there are 2 or 3 TIMES the number of people in the stands!!!

AGAIN...there will ALWAYS be the odd idiot who is going to cause problems...and some/most of them get drunk on just 1 beer...so what next? ban beer 100%? ban fans who yell or scream in support of their team?

All the football club has done is blanketly punished thousands of fans who actually support the club...instead of addressing the individual problems of a few bad apples.

I like this. One problem though, the offenders will only get a slap on the wrist.

No re-entry means you have to smoke the half time doobie in the stadium, they should allow reentry and just keep out the pissed out of their head drunks. easy and fairly cheap work around that is to get an additional endzone ticket i suppose and just go back to your regular good seat.....me thinks the bombers haven't thought this through

It is good to prevent some fans from enjoying themselves, as the games are always sold out! lol

Not really rosen. Very few sell-outs last year. Many games were in the 20-22k neighbourhood, which is about 8-10k below capacity.
