Wood burning, zero clearance, with the frame needed to be on the outside of the house and tied into the floor joists.

You should see the fireplace we had in the Maples.
I'll try to post a photo of it.

I've got a guy you can try calling Rosen...I'll PM you the guy's name and phone number.

I don't KNOW if he does them, but he might be able to, or at least know someone who can.

My daughter is suggesting that we wait till next spring.
Embers doesn't have anyone on staff to buid it on the outside of the wall, so that it doesn't take up any space in our 20'x37' home. Their sub contractor is too busy to figure out the cost to build the frame that the unit has to sit on.
If we want it on the inside, taking p about 2' of space there is no problem, as it just sits on the floor.
Ye old soot shoppe, gave me a ballpark cost of $5000 yesterday, just for the frame! He must think that I am still living on Wellington Crescent. Nothing like $4500 for labour for 3 men, 1 day!
The wood burning fireplace is anywhere from $2800 to $3700 depending on the style we want(glass doors or not).

Rosen, I will do mine in the spring.

I'll do it myself and working out an automatic log hopper. Also, there's a gravel pit halfway to Pine falls where there are tons of round rock which can be split. I will use those to finish the chimney/firebox outside.

Should be relatively easy to frame and with fireproof concrete board, the Stainless steel chimney will be easy to cover ( but you don't have to.

Thanks Rosie. Much to my wife's dismay, i tend to practice on her house before i attempt anything for someone else. Including saw cutting the concrete driveway. But like I told her....honey, it'll pay for the new windows, driveway, fountain, fireplace and the shopping spree to Grand Forks.
